1. General

The Baylux site is a platform for posting and searching real-estate listings in Batumi. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Listings and moderation

Listings are posted by users and reviewed by a moderator before publication. Baylux may reject or remove a listing that breaks the rules, contains false data or someone else's content.

3. Liability

The user who posted a listing is responsible for the accuracy of its information and photos. Baylux is not a party to the deal between users unless agreed separately.

4. Content

By posting a listing, the user confirms they hold the rights to the photos and descriptions used and consents to their publication on the site.

6. Paid features

The platform may introduce paid features and plans. Using paid features requires separate acceptance of the plan terms. Basic listing remains free until separately announced.
