What data we process

• Contact details (phone, @username) provided when posting a listing.
• Telegram ID when logging in via Telegram.
• Listing data: type, address, price, description, photos, map point.

Why

To publish listings, link them to your account, run moderation and contact you about the property.

Storage

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and used only to run the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who processes the data (processors)

Supabase — database hosting; Vercel — app hosting; Brevo — email delivery. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are in place with these providers.

Cross-border transfer

Data may be stored and processed on servers in the EU and the US (Supabase, Vercel, Brevo). Transfers rely on standard contractual data-protection clauses.

Consent and withdrawal

By registering you give explicit consent to processing the listed data. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting us via “Contacts”.

Your rights

You can delete your listings in the “My listings” section or request account deletion via “Contacts”.
